CBI designs and facilitates a stakeholder engagement process to identify stakeholder concerns about updates to the International Finance Corporation’s Safeguards Policy and Disclosure Policies.

CBI designs a customized three-part training in mutual gains negotiation for Stryker brigades, and tailors the curriculum to negotiation challenges often encountered on the battlefield, including working with development officials and engaging civilians.

CBI co-founds the Joint Environmental Mediation Service; trains Israelis and Palestinians in mediation and negotiation; and supervises trainees as they mediate active disputes, such as a dispute regarding the establishment of the Tzalmon National Park in Galilee.

CBI works with OECD National Contact Point (NCP) offices to improve their use of mediation and informal problem solving to respond to complaints filed against OECD affiliated corporations and resolve corporate social responsibility disputes.
