CBI engages Argentine and Uruguayan stakeholders to identify their concerns about two controversial paper mills on the Rio Uruguay, and explores a joint review of the mills’ social and environmental effects.

CBI helps the city of Delaware, MD to organize and convene a policy dialogue on financing wastewater and stormwater infrastructure, incorporating stakeholders from across the state.

CBI facilitates a visioning process to collaboratively create a new design plan for Durham, NH, which receives public support, complies with necessary standards, and wins the New Hampshire Planner’s Association “Plan of the Year” award.
