Grants Help Bring CBI Training to Your Organization
In order to help Massachusetts organizations to train current and newly hired employees, the Massachusetts State Government provides the Workable Training Fund (WTF), a state fund financed entirely by Massachusetts employers and enacted into law in July 1998.
If you feel your organization would benefit from customized negotiation or consensus building training, these grants might be for you. There are two categories of grants: training and technical assistance. Training grants range from $2,000 to $250,000. Technical assistance grants range from $5,000 to $25,000. Under new legislation, training grants over $250,000 and up to $1 million may be awarded. Many organizations have benefitted from WTF funding and have received valuable training, which was otherwise out of reach.
As a consultant, CBI is happy to partner with your business in accessing these funds and planning a high-impact training opportunity for your workforce.
