Sanda Kaufman received her B. Arch & M.Sc. City and Regional Planning, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and Ph.D. Public Policy Analysis at Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently a professor of Planning and Public Administration and the director of Master of Environmental Studies Program, Levin College, Cleveland State University.
