Advanced Negotiation Skill Training with Capital One

Capital One is a $10 billion publicly-held international financial services company, headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. CBI has developed a customized 3-day “Negotiation & Influence Skills” curriculum for Capital One’s senior executives and middle management.

The program includes an overall framework for negotiation, a series of cases drawn from Capital One operations, simulations, and videos. The initial two-day program has been presented to more than twenty classes of 14-35 participants over the past two years. A one-day follow-up program is presented 60 days after the basic course to provide advanced negotiation skill training and an assessment of managers’ success in their Capital One negotiations.
