Andrew Lee is the founder and CEO of Leading Negotiation, a Beijing-based firm specializing in negotiation training and public policy consensus building in China. Mr. Lee has trained in negotiation skills across Greater China including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Guhan Subramanian is the Joseph Flom Professor of Law and Business at the Harvard Law School and the Douglas Weaver Professor of Business Law at the Harvard Business School.

Joshua A. Gordon helps organizations to address negotiation challenges that arise in diverse practice areas and sectors, including financial services, information technology, compliance, outsourcing, quality assurance, demutualization, sales, media, and advertising.

David Kovick is Senior Associate at the Consensus Building Institute. His work includes conflict assessment and process design, mediation and facilitation of complex public disputes, and negotiation and conflict resolution skills training for public and private partners.

Hal Movius is a Principal at the Consensus Building Institute and directs its Assessment, Coaching and Training services. Hal helps organizations to understand how well they are currently negotiating, and to develop systems and structures that improve how individuals and teams negotiate.
